The IPSB Close Protection Conference, taking place December 9-11, 2024 at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with various aspects of this high-profile event.

As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to support key conference operations, including:

Assisting attendees with directions and providing essential information
Distributing conference materials and resources
Managing logistics for keynote speakers and panelists
Helping with event coordination and ensuring smooth transitions between sessions
