Are you interested in being part of the most prestigious and influential Executive Protection Conference on the globe?

The IPSB Close Protection Conference, taking place December 3-5, 2025 at the Le Méridien Charlotte, NC, is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with various aspects of this high-profile event.

As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to support key conference operations, including:

Assisting attendees with directions and providing essential information
Distributing conference materials and resources
Managing logistics for keynote speakers and panelists
Helping with event coordination and ensuring smooth transitions between sessions
